Congratulations to KEVIN ASHMAN of England

In winning the title in 2009, Kevin becomes the first person ever to regain the world crown (he was previously a three-time winner in 2004-2006, inclusive). He takes the title back from his countryman Mark Bytheway who was 2008 champion.

June 6th, 2009, saw the World Quizzing Championships take place in 45 locations across 25 countries, making it the largest ever! Over one thousand people were involved, with 973 competitors. Venues included cities across North America, Europe, India, the Philippines, Liberia and Western Siberia.
